1. Scope
This Policy applies to information processed by FortiFiber Networks Private Limited (“FortiFiber”, “we”) when you:
- visit https://fortifibernetworks.in/;
- contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email;
- request coverage checks or installation;
- subscribe to or use our broadband or related connectivity Services; or
- use Quick Pay, the customer portal, or the partner portal we publish.
Portals hosted on other hostnames (including customer.fortifibernetworks.in, lco.fortifibernetworks.in, and pay.fortifiber.in) may display additional notices. This Policy still describes our overall approach unless a portal notice is more specific.
This Policy does not cover unrelated third-party websites linked from our pages.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you provide, what is generated when you use our channels or Services, or what we need to provision, bill, and secure connectivity. Categories that may apply include:
2.1 Information you provide
- contact details such as name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, and installation address, when you enquire or book installation;
- name and mobile number when you use Register Your Interest on this Website, including questionnaire answers about household usage and plan preferences;
- name, mobile number, and optional email address when you use Quick Interest on this Website;
- Customer ID and registered mobile number when you use Quick Pay;
- account and support messages you send by call, WhatsApp, email, or ticket; and
- other details reasonably needed to survey, install, identify the Subscriber, or resolve a complaint.
2.2 Service and technical information
- account identifiers, Plan, Validity, and payment status associated with your Service;
- network and session information needed to deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot internet access (for example connection status, fault diagnostics, and usage information at a level required to operate a shared access network and apply our Fair Usage Policy); and
- website and portal technical logs such as IP address, browser type, date/time, and pages or actions requested, to the extent generated by ordinary web and portal operation.
2.3 Payment information
When you renew through Quick Pay, you are redirected to our payment portal. We receive confirmation needed to credit your account. Card, UPI, or bank details entered on the payment portal are handled in that payment environment. This Website does not name a specific payment processor.
3. Mandatory versus optional information
Some information is required to provide the Service: a reachable phone number, premises address for installation, and identifiers needed for billing and authentication (such as Customer ID and registered mobile). Optional information includes additional comments you choose to send and marketing-style messages you initiate.
If you withhold information needed for feasibility, installation, or billing, we may be unable to activate or continue the Service.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- assess coverage and feasibility, schedule surveys, and complete installation;
- provision, maintain, and restore the Service;
- bill, collect, and confirm payments, including Quick Pay renewals;
- provide support, including local phone, WhatsApp, email, and portal assistance;
- apply Plan terms, Validity, and the Fair Usage Policy;
- protect the Network, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations; and
- improve the clarity of our Website and customer communications.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Communications
We contact Customers through channels that this Website actually publishes:
- phone calls to +91 6309405143 and related outbound calls from our support team;
- WhatsApp messages to or from that same number;
- email to and from [email protected]; and
- notices in the customer portal where you have access.
We do not otherwise claim SMS, RCS, or other messaging products on this Website. When a visitor uses Register Your Interest, a one-time password (OTP) SMS may be sent to the mobile number they provide for verification. After successful verification, the enquiry is emailed internally to our support team at [email protected]. We do not send a customer confirmation email for Register Your Interest submissions. When a visitor uses Quick Interest, an OTP SMS may be sent for verification; after successful verification the lead is emailed internally to our support team, and if the visitor provided an email address we may send one follow-up email with published plan information. Service, billing, and fault communications are operational, not optional marketing. If we send promotional messages on a channel you have used to contact us, you may ask us to limit those to operational notices.
6. Cookies, logs, and analytics
The public Website is a static site. It loads webfonts and a styling library from third-party content delivery networks. Those providers may process technical data (such as IP address and request headers) according to their own policies.
We do not operate a named analytics product on the public homepage. Customer, partner, and payment portals may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, prevent fraud, or complete a payment. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or payment.
Server and Network logs may be generated in the ordinary operation of websites and internet access services. They are used for security, fault diagnosis, and capacity management.
7. Sharing and processors
We may share information with:
- authorised installation and support personnel and local partners who help deliver the Service;
- operators of the customer, partner, or payment portals we use;
- professional advisers under confidentiality; and
- competent authorities when required by Applicable Law or a lawful request.
We do not publish a list of named cloud, billing, or payment vendors on this Website, so this Policy refers to them only as service providers acting on our instructions or as independent operators of a portal you choose to use.
8. Legal disclosure
We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is required to comply with Indian law, a court order, or a direction from a competent telecommunications or law-enforcement authority; to protect the Network and other users; or to establish or defend legal claims.
9. Business transfers
If we reorganise, merge, or transfer relevant business assets, Customer information reasonably needed to continue the Service may transfer to the successor, who should continue to use it for internet-access and support purposes consistent with this Policy.
10. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to an internet access provider of our scale, including restricted access to support tools and use of encrypted transport where portals offer it (for example HTTPS on public pages). We do not claim ISO, PCI, or other certifications on this Website.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use unique passwords on portals and notify us if you suspect unauthorised account use.
11. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, complete billing, handle complaints, secure the Network, and meet record-keeping duties under Applicable Law. We do not publish fixed retention periods in years on this Website. When information is no longer required, we delete or irreversibly aggregate it where reasonably practicable.
12. Storage and transfers
We operate in India and serve Customers in our published coverage areas of Warangal and Hanamkonda. Information may be processed on systems in India or, where a portal or communications provider is used, on that provider’s infrastructure. We do not publish data-centre locations. Where information is processed outside India, we take steps that are reasonable in the circumstances, without claiming a specific transfer mechanism that is not documented here.
13. Your rights and requests
Subject to Applicable Law, you may request access to, correction of, or information about personal data we hold about you. You may also ask us to update your registered mobile number or contact details.
Send requests to [email protected] or call +91 6309405143. We may need to verify that the request comes from the Subscriber or an authorised person. Some Network records cannot be deleted while they are required for security, billing, or law.
14. Children
Our Services and Website are intended for Customers who can contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly market internet subscriptions to children. A household Service may be used by family members under the Subscriber’s responsibility. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child in a manner that is not appropriate, contact us and we will review it.
15. Updates
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised date. Material changes take effect when published or on a later date we specify.
16. Privacy contact
Privacy questions may be sent to the same published support contacts:
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone / WhatsApp: +91 6309405143
We have not published a separate data-protection officer or registered office address on this Website.
